A Floral painting in watercolor by Elle Fagan.
"Flower" is a an early prize-winner shown with the Tolland County Arts Association and in the artist's keepsake personal collection. It is simply a wildflower , specifically, "long-bristled smartweed Polygonum caespitosum", but special in that it was carefully done and the first prize-winner from the artist after an accident disabled her for some time. The artist is well and dashing about for along time now but that painting remains special in that it represents a "win" thru a challenging moment.
