"Elvish Leaf Clasp" was featured prominently in the "Fellowship of the Ring" the first of the trilogy "LOTR" by J.R.R.Tolkien and filmaker Peter Jackson. The painting is done in watercolor in the deep green and light accents, and makes a nice show - I have obtained special permission, as required, from Harper Collins publishers, for use of LOTR images, since they publish the books and hold the copyrights. If you have interest in purchase of this or any of the LOTR paitings, this element will enter into the transaction. Tolkien or this epic and entertaining work, you might find it exciting to know that the clasp was a magical thing, and its manipulation helped the plot and saved two of the characters, when used as a clue , at one point in the story.
