Study for 'Raising the Flag at Ground Zero Nineleven'
Scroll down for full details.
Description: "Study for 'Raising the Flag at Ground Zero Nineleven" is a study for a work of patriotic historic art by Elle Fagan. It was a test of the figures for the shadowbox image elsewhere at this gallery. It depicts the world-famous scene at Ground Zero on Nineleven 2001, as Dan McWilliams, George Johnson and Bill Eisengrein gave the world hope and spirit, seen as they raised the flag at the still-smoking collapsed Twin Towers. The final version of this work found a fine expression in the community, was made for children and families, shown at the Children's Library and sold to a fine family that shares it with the schools. This version of the digital image might be appealing to older children teens and some adults. AVAILABILITY AND PURCHASE OPTIONS:
