The Historic system of lakes and waterfalls powered America's early industry hydroelectrically, and still provides creative and spiritual energy for the viewer. I have tried to communicate the wellspring of life the waterways represent.

My homestate, Connecticut, one of America's original thirteen colonies, played a special role in the development of a nation.
The beautiful hills, like those here in Vernon/Rockville, protect its story of Early America.
It's natural wonders, the work and lives of its people are the foci of this collection.
It is my goal that you will be able to delight in it as I have.
One more note: Since Creation, Man has understood his special bond with the waters, great and small and a significant part of his experience of them has been the draw of its Mystery. So, here we are, in the Third Millennium. When we pause to ponder the depths something is different. Our desire to understand brought stories of wonder and conjecture, divers, submarines, and today we take an eye-witness tour, via video cameras, of the deep unknown ! Within my lifetime, there may be no underseascape that remains unseen! What do you suppose this means to the Human Psyche? My guess was that we transfer our wonder to the Heavens, as time goes on. And as long as Man needs water to survive, the waters will share their message of Beauty, Passion and Power !
